hot kool aid words
Can you give a definition for these words used in Texas Folklore in details?

1. Blue Norther
2. booger
3. buffalo chip
4. Colorado Kool-aid
5. the devils beaten his wife
6. hotter than a 2 dollar pistol
7. muled up
8. porcupine eggs
9. prairie strawberries
10. Yankee

It’s these kind of meanings. That bore hog summers some place in the big empty between the red river and the Canadian Border. He’s a sure enough . . . . (the myth is about the non-Texan bull rider.)

Blue Norther: a swiftly moving cold front (blue Texas norther, blue-tailed norther)
Booger: an affectionate term for a buddy, or a wooly-booger (a caterpillar which is said to predict the weather), or a monster (like boogie man)
buffalo chip: piece of dried dung burned as fuel (cow patty)
Colorado Kool-aid: Coors beer (brewed with pure Rocky Mountain spring water)
the devils beaten his wife: a “sun-shower”
hotter than a 2 dollar pistol: very hot
muled up: pissed off
porcupine eggs: cockleburs
prairie strawberries: red beans
Yankee: any person born north of the Red River (damn yankee)

The only one I can think of is Pecos Bill, but the legend says he was born in Texas.

I’m looking up these Texasisms to see if I can give you better details like the following:
“Heck, it’s hotter’n a two dollar pistol.”
